Store Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your order in any way you can return it within 30 days. See below for details. At Gojibag we are proud to have not had one single return since launching our products.

At Gojibag we make extra efforts to ensure the quality of our products, and we want you to always get the best experience of our brand and our products.

Choosing a product from a picture on a website is not always easy, which is why If, for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order you would like to return a purchase simply contact our customer care team to receive a return: Gojibags@gmail.com).

Please keep the original shipping box until you are sure you love your purchase. The products must be returned in their original condition, and in their original packaging and shipping box.

If we don’t receive your products in their original condition, you may be charged a restocking fee.

You can then return the product to us and we will process a refund to your credit card.

We cannot unfortunately refund you for the shipping charges.

Before you return it, please note that all of our products are handmade. Handmade products are unique and often offer variations in texture and color.  We do not consider these unique features to be defects but rather consider that they contribute to the character and individuality of each product.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

​

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your order number.
